Q. What is the procedure of membership of "WDO"?
A. There is no formal membership and enrollment in the "WDO".
Anyone can approach the state or district in-charge of that particular state to become the member or "WDO". One can join the WDO online too. By filling the form on the website. There are "no fees" and no formal application.
People who can join WDO
- Any religion number can join WDO but their mindset should be the same as "Dr. Bheemrao Ambedkar".
- Males & females and transgenders all join WDO without any discrimination.
Rules of WDO
our missions all members of WDO must gather together to attend the meeting of "WDO" the meeting will hold on the state, district, and local level. It's necessary for all members of WDO to organized the meeting once a week.
Topics of the meeting :
- On Dalit rights.
- About our Dalit freedom fighter.
- On dalit's literacy (Novels written by Dalit freedom fighter)
- About our constitution.
- Gathering all the Dalits with us.
- Awaring them about superstitions and stereotypes.
- Telling Dalits to trust on the factors proven by (science).
- Helping poor people of our community.
- We will be collecting all the novels written scripts and all the literature written by Dalit freedom fighter and we'll arrange them in a particular library for Dalits. So that our upcoming generation can understand the difficulties faced by Dalits.
